Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

An Operations Manager in Joinery and Aluminum is responsible for overseeing all factory operations, from pre-production planning to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output, efficient use of resources, timely project completion, and adherence to budget and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, leading and supervising staff, coordinating with design and project teams, maintaining equipment, implementing performance metrics, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Joinery&Facade: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
