OR Nurse- Nauru Deployment

Country Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join its surgical care team. In this role, you’ll support both elective and emergency procedures and ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operations and procedures
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile fields
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Enforce infection control and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with anesthetists, surgical staff, and recovery teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and surgical logs

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR/surgical nursing experience
• Operating room training or certification (preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work under pressure in resource-limited environments
• Cultural awareness and a collaborative spirit

Contract & Benefits:
