Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Implementation: Design and model end-to-end business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) within Oracle BPM Studio or Process Composer.
  • Integration Development: Develop and maintain middleware integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite components, such as BPEL, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Java. This includes using web service technologies like REST and SOAP APIs.
  • User Interface (UI) Development: Design and customize human task workflows and user interfaces, using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), for process participants.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit, integration, and automated testing, and manage the deployment of SOA composites and BPM applications across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in existing BPM solutions, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain documentation for process models, application configurations, and system designs, adhering to organizational and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong experience with the Oracle BPM Suite 12c.
    • Proficiency in process modelling standards (BPMN 2.0) and workflow orchestration.
    • Solid experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, OSB, and Oracle Business Rules.
    • Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
    • Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Enterprise Manager (EM Console) for administration and monitoring.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Education & Experience

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience from 3-5 years.
  • Relevant certifications from Oracle or other BPM vendors would be advantageous
