Job Title: Oracle ERP Senior Functional Consultant

Location: Rawalpindi (On-Premise)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Senior Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects, manage functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and support projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Design functional solutions and configure Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.)
• Prepare detailed functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS)
• Guide junior consultants and functional team members
• Coordinate with technical team for customizations, reports, and integrations
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality delivery
• Provide user training and post-go-live support
• Ensure system compliance with business processes and policies
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules (Finance / SCM / HCM – as applicable)
• Experience in multiple full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership and team management capability
• Strong documentation skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP
• Experience in leading ERP projects preferred
• Oracle certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
