JOB DESCRIPTION :
Financial (direct/indirect impact of this role to TG)
• Provide daily functional support to users and troubleshoot business problems in Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules.
Customer (internal/external)
• Maintain a good working relationship with BU Heads and BU Champions.
• Engage in effective, clear and concise interaction with all stakeholders in meetings and emails.
• Ensure current business processes are challenged in an assertive manner.
• Exhibit a can-do attitude and willing to work with all stakeholders towards implementing a good solution.
Process
• Collaborate with business units to understand the business processes, requirements, and objectives related to SCM and Finance.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, process workflows, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Team Leads, developers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Prepare test scripts and test cases. Conduct end user training and provide post go live support to end users.
• Deep knowledge of specific Oracle Fusion Cloud modules in Finance (Accounts Receivable, Payables, Assets, GL and Cash Management) and SCM (Self Service, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management).
Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance trends, features, and updates, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and design ideas that would be transformational to BU operations
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Application Financial and SCM functional experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience of support in Oracle Fusion SAAS for Finance and SCM modules
• Implement at least one end-to-end Fusion implementation as Functional consultant for Finance and SCM modules
• Exposure to Fusion Data Migration would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounts, computer science or any related field
• Oracle Fusion Certification is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹3,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
