The Oracle Recruiting Cloud (part of HCM) empowers HR teams to streamline hiring, enhance candidate experiences, and improve talent acquisition through automation and analytics.

Job Purpose:

The Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant (Functional / Technical) is responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud within the HCM suite. The consultant will collaborate with HR and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable recruiting solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Implement and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud and related HCM modules.
  • Configure and optimize recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, and candidate journey processes.
  • Translate HR business requirements into system configurations and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, ERP Financials).
  • Customize reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Manage data migration, validation, and system testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
  • Document configurations, technical changes, and end-user procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and recruitment teams on system functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Recruiting Cloud (functional or technical).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR data models.
  • Proficiency in:
  • HCM configuration (jobs, profiles, approvals, security)
    • BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
    • Integration tools (HDL, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud – OIC)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Recruiting or Core HR.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Oracle ERP Financials or third-party HR systems.
  • Exposure to full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
