Job Title

Oracle SCM Lead Prime


The Oracle SCM Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the Supply Chain Management processes using Oracle applications. This role involves overseeing the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle SCM modules to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives. The Oracle SCM Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, provide expert guidance on SCM best practices, and develop solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.


Role Profile

  • Implementation and Optimization

Ensuring that System Integrator (SI) is configuring and customizing the system to meet business requirements according to best practices.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system configurations and integrations meet business needs.


  • Post-Implementation Support and Ongoing Enhancements\Upgrades

Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, training for users, and maintaining documentation of system configurations and customizations.


  • Team Leadership

Provide support to team members by mentoring, developing individual development plan.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion's Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a strong emphasis on the following modules: Oracle Fusion Inventory, Costing, Order Management, Supply Planning, Demand Management, Maintenance and Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in successfully deploying at least two ERP systems, with a focus on SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM concepts, processes, best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, including customization and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
