Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring an Order Booker on behalf of its client. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales through field visits, booking orders from retail outlets and wholesalers, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. This role requires extensive fieldwork, strong relationship management skills, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities in assigned areas (FB Area, Nazimabad, and Korangi)
• Visit retail shops and wholesalers to generate and book orders
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure structured and regular visits to assigned outlets
• Maintain product visibility, merchandising, and shelf availability
• Build and sustain strong relationships with shopkeepers and wholesalers
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Provide timely sales reports and market feedback

Education

• Minimum qualification: Matric or Intermediate

Experience

• 1 to 6 months of relevant experience in sales or field operations preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 45,000 per month
• Incentive: Up to PKR 25,000 per month (performance-based)
• Total Potential Earnings: Up to PKR 70,000 per month

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
