Job Description – Order Booker & Rider Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Booker & Rider Supervisor to manage both the sales/order booking process and the distribution network for our premium products, including mushrooms, leafy greens, microgreens, and sauces. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are secured, accurately processed, and delivered on time. It combines direct client engagement with rider supervision to maintain a seamless flow from sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order Booking & Sales

• Approach restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors to book orders.
• Accurately record product varieties, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones.
• Share daily order summaries.
• Verify cash received by delivery riders and deposit to accounts

Rider Supervision & Dispatch

• Manage the team of delivery riders, assigning routes and ensuring timely dispatches.
• Monitor deliveries to guarantee accuracy against booked orders.
• Verify that riders collect signed invoices and digital proof-of-delivery.
• Train riders on customer interaction, safety, and product handling standards.

Maintain delivery logs, compliance records, and report daily updates to Operations.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Serve as the main link between Sales, Packing, Dispatch, and Accounts.
• Resolve order or delivery discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure smooth digital record-keeping in QuickBooks for audit and reconciliation.

Incentives

Performance-based incentives will be awarded on:

• Percentage of Recovery from the Market – higher collections lead to higher incentives.
• Minimizing Waste – maintaining low spoilage/rejections in deliveries.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Sales Head & company Director
• Coordinates with: Packing team, Accounts department, Riders
• Supervises: Riders / Dispatch staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or Logistics preferred).
• 2–3 years of combined experience in sales/order booking and/or logistics supervision.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar digital order systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
