Order Management Specialist

Order Management Specialist – Operations to support our daily order fulfillment tasks. The role will include:

1. Managing the complete order fulfillment lifecycle
2. Order creation, completion, and cancellations
3. Handling Seller/Vendor Central orders
4. Tracking packages and delivery status
5. Processing replacement orders
6. Managing daily inventory and stock updates

What We're Looking For:

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Knowledge and experience in E RP  systems

• Very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in high-volume workload situations.
