Flexocraft is a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Order Processor to join our in-person team. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to build a career at the intersection of customer service, account management, and production coordination.
Position Summary
The Order Processor will be assigned a dedicated portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact for all order-related needs. This individual will manage the end-to-end order process from intake through fulfillment, while collaborating closely with our internal production team and factory partners to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process orders for an assigned portfolio of customers from start to finish
- Serve as the dedicated account manager and primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling all inquiries, updates, and concerns
- Collaborate with internal production teams and factory partners to confirm order timelines and resolve any production issues
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate status updates, delays, or changes to customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records using spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy across order management systems
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and deadlines
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned customers
- Attend internal and external meetings as required to support production and account operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations
Required Qualifications
- Data Entry: Strong and accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including professional email correspondence
- Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized approach to managing multiple accounts and orders simultaneously
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high volume of orders with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or account management
- Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or product fulfillment workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Work Location
5 days a week in office.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
