Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Organisation Development (OD) Specialist to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and change management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing OD frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Organisation Development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead performance management framework design and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments, climate surveys, and gap analysis.
- Design competency frameworks and succession planning strategies.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and culture transformation programs.
- Develop employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to identify structural and process improvements.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Design and deliver training workshops related to leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
- Support policy development and organizational restructuring projects when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Organisation Development or HR Strategy roles.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and competency frameworks.
- Experience in change management and culture transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in OD, Change Management, or HR Analytics (preferred).
- Experience working in corporate or large-scale organizations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data reporting tools.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
