Organisation Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Organisation Development (OD) Specialist to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and change management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing OD frameworks aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Organisation Development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead performance management framework design and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, climate surveys, and gap analysis.
  • Design competency frameworks and succession planning strategies.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and culture transformation programs.
  • Develop employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to identify structural and process improvements.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Design and deliver training workshops related to leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support policy development and organizational restructuring projects when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Organisation Development or HR Strategy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and competency frameworks.
  • Experience in change management and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in OD, Change Management, or HR Analytics (preferred).
  • Experience working in corporate or large-scale organizations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data reporting tools.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
