We are looking for an Organizational Change Consultant to work with one of our clients on a long-term project in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies aligned with project and business objectives.

Lead and coordinate all OCM activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and resistance management.

Apply industry-standard change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to guide successful adoption of changes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Collaborate with project managers, HR, communications, and business leaders to integrate OCM plans into broader project and transformation plans.

Assess organizational readiness and develop action plans to address change impacts.

Conduct impact analyses, identify change risks, and support the design and delivery of change interventions.

Develop targeted communication materials and training content to support awareness and capability-building.

Monitor and report on change progress, adoption, and feedback to refine strategies as needed.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in organizational change management or a related discipline.

Proven experience in developing OCM strategies and leading change initiatives within complex environments.

Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent.

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is required.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse teams.
