Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Job Summary:

We are a growing orthodontic office that is passionate about providing an exceptional orthodontic experience and creating beautiful smiles in a high energy, fun atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic, extroverted professional to join our family-oriented, tech-forward practice. This person should be comfortable performing clinical orthodontic assistant tasks, is naturally warm, and loves to connect with the people around them.

The person in this position must be motivated and able to perform the following responsibilities:

• Clinical orthodontic assistant tasks
• Xray certified preferred
• Well organized and proactive
• Engaging with and hosting the families of our patients
• Ability to be cross-trained
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones
• Sterilizing instruments
• Intra-oral scanning
• Maintaining a clean office

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 9-5:30; Friday 9-4

Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with dental or orthodontic scheduling and registration software preferred
- Strong computer literacy and typing abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
