We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Marketing with expertise in cold email automation, LinkedIn outreach automation, and funnel building. The ideal candidate will also bring creativity in social media growth strategies (organic + paid) and the ability to design campaigns that generate measurable results.

Role Overview:

This role requires mastery in end-to-end outbound automation (email + LinkedIn), strong direct-response copywriting skills, and the ability to conceptualize and execute social media growth strategies. The candidate will be responsible for setting up automated outbound systems, building high-converting funnels, and leveraging organic + paid campaigns across platforms to scale brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Automation & Lead Gen
• Build and manage cold email automation campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc.
• Scrape and qualify leads from LinkedIn (and other sources) using automation tools like Expandi or HeyReach.
• Manage multiple email domains/accounts, ensuring deliverability best practices (sending limits, warm-up, rotation).
• Automate LinkedIn outreach campaigns using multiple accounts and software tools.
• Draft and optimize converting cold email copy and follow-up sequences.
• Funnel:
• Write compelling direct response copy for landing pages, VSLs, and funnels.
• Design and optimize funnel flows (opt-in pages, lead magnets, book-a-call funnels).
• A/B test headlines, CTAs, and offers to maximize conversions.
• Social Media Strategy & Content:
• Ideate and create viral organic content (Reels/TikToks/short-form videos).
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and scripts for content that resonates with audiences.
• Use scheduling tools to maintain consistent posting across platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers and manage paid campaigns to expand reach.
• Analytics & Optimization:
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across outbound, funnels, and social campaigns.
• Continuously refine strategies for better deliverability, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold email automation (Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
• Experience in LinkedIn Automation such as Expandi or HeyReach.
• Strong understanding of email warm-up, domain rotation, and outbound campaign best practices.
• Background in direct-response copywriting with a focus on funnels and conversion copy.
• Experience in building and optimizing funnels (opt-in pages, VSLs, book-call flows).
• Hands-on expertise in organic social media growth (viral reels, captions, content strategy, scheduling tools).
• Familiarity with paid ads and influencer marketing (bonus).
• IG outbound campaign experience with multiple accounts is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
