Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.).
- Identify and target potential clients through research, segmentation, and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Manage marketing databases and ensure high-quality prospect lists through data enrichment and segmentation.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.
- Create engaging marketing content such as outreach scripts, email templates, and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Stay updated with outbound marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in outbound or B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation roles.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, campaign analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Experience working in SaaS, software services, or digital marketing industries will be a plus.
