We’re hiring experienced Cold Callers / SEO Sales Executives to connect with international businesses and sell high-impact SEO & Digital Marketing solutions. If you’re a confident communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation, this is your chance to grow in a thriving global market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to small & medium businesses across Canada and the USA.
• Sell and pitch SEO services to potential clients to improve their search engine rankings, Google visibility, and online presence.
• Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the Sales Head for deal closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records — document lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in Cold Calling, B2B Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
• Strong background in pitching SEO services or similar digital marketing products.
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (International Clients: Canada & USA).
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant field experience.
• Goal-driven, confident on calls, and able to handle rejections professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with lead documentation & CRM tools.

Typical Day as an SEO Sales Expert

Start your day with energy and purpose. You’ll be provided with targeted data leads, make outbound calls to potential businesses, and deliver high-converting SEO pitches to business owners. You’ll explain how our SEO strategies can rank their website on Google’s first page, increase organic traffic, and boost conversions. Once interest is confirmed, you’ll forward qualified leads to the sales head for closing and payment processing.
