We’re looking for a proactive, high-performing Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings with potential clients. You’ll be responsible for researching target accounts, executing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone), and setting up high-quality discovery calls that lead to revenue.

This is a high-impact role, you’ll be directly responsible for fueling our client acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients (founders, RevOps, CX, and sales leaders at SaaS startups).

● Create and execute outreach cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

● Research and personalize messaging based on company size, funding stage, and pain points.

● Qualify prospects through discovery questions to ensure strong fit and intent.

● Schedule and confirm discovery or demo meetings for senior leadership.

● Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activity in the CRM.

● Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality.

● Collaborate closely with leadership to refine ICP, scripts, and outbound strategy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

● 1–3 years of outbound SDR / sales prospecting experience (B2B SaaS, tech, or BPO preferred).

● Excellent written and spoken English (near-native fluency required).

● Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through cold outreach.

● Experience using modern sales tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar).

● A self-starter attitude — comfortable working independently and iterating fast.

● Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and value-based messaging.

● Curiosity, persistence, and a passion for helping clients grow.

Compensation
