Outbound Sales Executive

Job Description:

The Outbound Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients who are interested in immigration and visa services. The role includes explaining services, guiding clients through the process, handling inquiries, following up regularly, and maintaining timely updates in the CRM. The aim is to achieve sales targets while providing excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients interested in immigration and visa services.
  • Explain visa and immigration services, process requirements, and service packages to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions or concerns.
  • Take follow-ups from clients and ensure accurate, timely updates in CRM systems.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule consultation meetings or document submissions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
  • Stay updated on visa/immigration rules, policies, and competitor services.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and service processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or client services (experience in immigration/visa services preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
