Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Send personalized emails and follow-ups to nurture and engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken english skills with ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
  • Exceptional written english skills for crafting professional and engaging emails.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
  • At least 6 months of outbound calling experience.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Timing: 10 PM to 7 AM
Salary: 40k-60k + 20K incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
