Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and articulate Outbound Sales Representative/ Business Development Representative with proven call center experience and a clear American accent. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, identifying potential opportunities, and supporting the business development process through professional communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its offerings.
• Engage in professional, consultative conversations to identify client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, emails, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to build rapport and maintain interest.
• Research and identify potential companies or individuals that align with our target market.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior management.
• Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and route them to the appropriate department.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide market feedback.
• Prepare and present regular reports on outreach activities and results.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing clear communication and documentation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of call center or customer engagement experience.
• Clear and neutral American accent with excellent spoken English skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum Education: Bachelors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, client engagement, or lead nurturing.
• Familiarity with IT Industry processes and services.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
