Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
  • Identify potential customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Stay informed about company services and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred but not required.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
