Outbound Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a team of outbound sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales strategies, mentoring team members, improving conversion rates, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies, call campaigns, and prospecting initiatives.
• Monitor daily sales activities including calls, emails, demos, and follow-ups.
• Track team performance metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales representatives.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing complex deals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or inside sales.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or team lead role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
