Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals

Conduct product/service presentations to prospects and existing clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit summaries

Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and after-sales support

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Represent the company professionally in the market

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (UAE experience preferred)

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
