Outdoor Sales Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, and effectively selling our property maintenance packages to homeowners and investors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, events, referrals, etc.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for finance products and real estate investments.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their investment objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Finance or Real estate sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Driving licence and car is essential as outdoor based job and not office based
  • THIS IS 100% COMMISION BASED AND WEWOULD EXPECT THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO EARN BETWEEN 10-20K PER MONTH ...........
