Job Opportunity: Outdoor Sales Executive - Interior Fit-Out (Abu Dhabi)

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior fit-out industry and a proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and establishing contact with potential clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors in the Abu Dhabi fit-out market.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their specific needs for interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, etc.).
  • Sales Process: Present, promote, and sell our company's fit-out services and solutions. Prepare compelling quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments in the fit-out industry.
  • Coordination: Liaise closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and provide accurate forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Outdoor/Field Sales experience specifically within the Interior Fit-Out or a related construction/building materials sector in the UAE.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is a plus.
