Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding the company’s client base within the UAE interior fit-out market. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales within the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction sector and a strong network of contacts in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, designers, property developers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential project leads.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submission of bids.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and project negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events across the UAE.
• Maintain an organized record of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline reports in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience within the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong local market knowledge and an existing client network are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) and preferably a car.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
