Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to generate business through field sales activities. This role is performance-driven, with earnings based on commission, and requires working toward defined sales and receivables targets using ERP based sales systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor/field sales
• Visit clients, present products/services, and close sales deals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and receivables collection targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections
• Prepare and track quotations, sales orders, and invoices using ERP software
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and billing
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipeline, and payment status in the ERP system
• Monitor outstanding receivables and resolve payment-related issues
• Submit regular sales and collection reports to management

Requirements:

• Male candidates required
• Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (UAE experience preferred)
• Mandatory valid UAE driving license
• Working knowledge of ERP software for sales, invoicing, and receivables tracking
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales & collection targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Target-driven, energetic, and result-oriented mindset
