Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business through field sales activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves frequent client visits, market development, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful closure and execution of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, cold calling, and client meetings
• Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM / sales reports regularly
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor / field sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Knowledge of local market and customer landscape
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales targets
• Number of client visits and new leads generated
• Conversion rate of leads to confirmed orders
• Customer retention and repeat business
• Timely submission of reports and documentation

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with extensive outdoor client visits
• Working hours as per company policy

Salary: 4000 - 4500 + commission
