Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in telecom sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Home and Business service connections, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new Home and Business service connections for Etisalat.
  • Actively hunt for new customers through outdoor field sales activities
  • Identify customer needs and effectively present relevant telecom products
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer requirements and successfully close sales
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Qualify sales lead and drive them through the sales process
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face customer meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communication via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably with Du/ Etisalat Channel Partners
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000
  • Commission: Attractive performance-based commission
  • Growth opportunities based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
