outdoor sales executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking
• Conduct outdoor sales meetings with potential clients
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Present company products/services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead follow-ups
• Attend exhibitions, events, and corporate meetings when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in Field Sales / Outdoor Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• UAE experience preferred
• Driving license is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
