Marketing Executive – Field Job (Healthcare / Aesthetics / Plastic Surgery)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 + Incentives (Target-based role)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our polyclinic team. The role is field-based, focused on bringing in new clients daily for aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits to promote clinic services and generate new client leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and daily targets for client acquisition.
• Actively promote offers, services, and treatment packages.
• Report daily activities and results to management.

Requirements:

• Previous field sales/marketing experience (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or related industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve targets in a competitive market.
• Presentable, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages is a plus).
