The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support our business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build strong client relationships. You will work closely with our Business Development team, assisting in lead generation, client interactions, and sales conversions. If you’re ambitious, people-oriented, and want to grow in the corporate services sector, this position is a great fit.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online research.
• Client Support: Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Sales Conversion: Present our services to prospective clients and support in closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends to support the sales strategy.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Salary Range: AED 3,000–5,000 with additional commission incentives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 year in sales, or customer service (internships or part-time experience also considered).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is an advantage.
• Mindset: Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Other: UAE driving license is an added benefit.
