Outreach and Partnership Officer (Female Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Outreach and Partnership Officer who can build meaningful connections with the CSR departments of large companies, engage with national and international foundations, connect with donors, and coordinate with volunteer networks to support our cause of preventing avoidable blindness in children across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with CSR departments of corporate entities for partnership opportunities
• Engage with large foundations to explore funding and collaborative initiatives
• Connect with individual and institutional donors and maintain regular follow-up
• Mobilize and coordinate volunteers for events, campaigns, and community programs
• Maintain a database of outreach activities and relationship progress
• Represent V4E in meetings, presentations, and events as needed

Requirements:

• Fresh MBA graduate from a reputable institution
• Strong writing skills and the ability to draft professional communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to network confidently and follow up diligently
• Willingness to travel within the city and to other cities when required
• Passion for social impact, especially in education and health
