Job description:

We are seeking a Blogger Outreach Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for high-quality link-building and brand collaboration opportunities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, research, and negotiation, with a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest posting, link building, or blogger outreach.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive email skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, link-building metrics (GA, DA, DR, traffic), and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream or Pitchbox.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach messages (not templates).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools for tracking outreach campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in digital marketing agencies, SEO firms, or content marketing roles.
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or content management systems.
• Experience with content writing or editing is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of successful guest post placements per month.
• Quality and authority (DA/DR) of websites acquired.
• Response and conversion rate of outreach emails.
• Growth in referral traffic and backlinks.

Salary Range

15,000- 25,000
