Role Overview

As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Generating qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, and email outreach.
• Researching and identifying potential clients in Europe, the UK, and America.
• Writing personalized, professional outreach messages and proposals that reflect our brand voice.
• Managing and tracking outreach campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM systems.
• Staying updated on digital agency trends, pricing models, and target industries to improve conversion rates.

The Requirements We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in international lead generation, sales outreach, or business development (preferably in a digital agency or IT services company).
• Strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Critical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, versatile, and performance-driven mindset.
• Team spirit and strong work capacity.
