Oven Operator

Responsibilities

Oven Operation:

Set up, monitor, and adjust oven settings (temperature, humidity, baking time) based on specific product requirements.

Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on the oven, ensuring it is free of grease, flour, and crumbs on daily basis. Knowledge to handle the oven issues related to oven gas, electrical panels, changing of damaged parts and overall maintenance.

Reporting: Direct reporting to the Head of Production regarding any issue that cause the wastage or production loss as well the decline in quality parameters.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Ability to operate commercial ovens and understand computerized systems, if applicable.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., GMPs, HACCP,GHPs) for the food industry.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members to coordinate tasks and address issues.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with the oven or product consistency.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
