Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day production operations to meet OEM standards and management goals.
• Ensure efficient management of assembly plant operations in line with strategic directives and quality objectives.
• Lead and supervise all levels of production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth workflow and optimal output.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously drive process improvements aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
• Proven Project Management experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing, supply chain, or OEM operations management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs500,000.00 per month
