About the Role:

The Overnight Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities during the night shift at CFM's Fort Wayne facility. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, they will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving any maintenance issues that arise during the overnight hours. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to maintain a safe and functional environment that supports the overall productivity of the assembly operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the consumer support services industry.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team during the overnight shift.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
