Overnight Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

The Overnight Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities during the night shift at CFM's Fort Wayne facility. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, they will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving any maintenance issues that arise during the overnight hours. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.

• Experience in the consumer support services industry.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
