Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to join the team in Bahrain. If you are motivated with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this role.


The Role


The PA will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's operations in Bahrain.


  • Arrange photocopying, printing, scanning, and manage general filing requirements.
  • Support fee earners with marketing activities, including preparing pitches and presentations.
  • Manage diaries, book meetings, and organise travel arrangements.
  • Monitor post and emails, ensuring client correspondence is handled appropriately.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as billing, credit control, and maintaining client account documentation.
  • Provide document production support, including checking and typing correspondence.


The Candidate


The ideal candidate for the PA role will possess the following:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 60 wpm.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive approach to tasks and solution-focused working method.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.
