Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 90,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about products, pricing, custom orders, and delivery times
• Create and follow up on quotes for potential and existing customers
• Coordinate with production, logistics, or other departments to ensure order fulfillment
• Resolve complaints or issues, with accountability and care
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
• Track orders, manage returns or adjustments, and update customers on status
• Proactively reach out to customers for feedback or to check satisfaction

Requirements

• 1‑3 years experience in customer service or sales support; experience in [industry] is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and basic computer skills
• Problem‑solving attitude, patient and customer‑focused
• Ability to work independently and in a team
