Packaging Supervisor

ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee packing operations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of lingerie orders (e.g., panties, bras, combos).

- Oversee the packing operation to ensure correct material is packed.

- Train packing staff, addressing staffing shortages, and reducing multitasking by clarifying roles.

- Monitor inventory in the packing area, coordinating with the Store Manager to prevent overstocking and space issues.

- Record packing data to support data-driven logistics improvements.

- Report daily packing activities and issues to the General Manager for tracking and resolution.

- Ensure packaging aligns with InCare’s brand standards for quality and presentation.

- Collaborate with the Purchase Manager to verify incoming stock quality and quantities.

- Maintain a clean and organized packing area to optimize workspace and address space constraints.

- Suggest process improvements to enhance packing speed and cost efficiency.

- Oversee dispatch operations to ensure correct material is dispatched to the customer.

- Record and maintain data to avoid complaints from customers for wrong orders.

- Uphold InCare’s values of quality and care in all packing activities.

- Train staff to handle delicate lingerie products with care to avoid damage.

- Participate in training to improve logistics and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
