Role Summary:
The Packing & Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all packing and inventory management functions within the company. This includes ensuring the smooth management of events, managing the packing, inventory & related logistics, packing for events, maintaining office cleanliness, and coordination between departments to ensure that event needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing Team Management
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining team engagement and morale.
- Timely report and address team challenges and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure the team operates efficiently and meets deadlines.
2. Packing & Event Logistics
- Ensure all materials for events, such as dry ice, LN2, flowers, chocolates, prints, and gifts have been ordered by team members on time.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of materials and set up for events.
3. Reporting and Tracking
- Track packing & event-related logistics, working closely with the procurement and delivery manager.
- Create weekly packing schedules and ensure accuracy in material dispatch.
- Manage the in-and-out processes for events to ensure accurate tracking of event performance.
- Create daily and weekly packing report
4. Packing Management:
- Calendar Coordination: Add packing requests received from the sales team to the calendar and plan packing timelines accordingly.
- Team Allocation: Allocate tasks to the packing team, provide them with packing lists, and ensure all materials are packed in advance for upcoming events.
- Quality Control: Check the packing process and ensure there are no errors or missing materials before dispatch.
- Packing List Updates: Regularly update packing lists based on event requirements or changes in materials.
5. Inventory Management
- Figure out where, what should be kept in office
- Understand the threshold and add to sourcing list the moment its below the threshold
- Decide inventory days and update regularly with Rajas help
- In and Out Management - Create In and Out reports with Rajas help
Skills & Knowledge
- Packing Management – Ability to efficiently coordinate packing timelines, assign tasks, and oversee quality control for event materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel skills)
- Strong technical skills for process creation and implementation
- Understanding of event management basics
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Inventory Oversight – Skilled in tracking inventory levels, updating stock, and creating in-and-out reports to ensure accurate management of materials.
- Material Handling – Understanding of packing lists, materials required for science events, and the packing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Systems – Awareness of threshold levels, in-and-out tracking, and inventory management best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
