Responsibilities
- Supervise packing line operations to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and train packing staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless packing processes.
- Inspect and maintain packing machines and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain reports on packing line performance, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of packing line operations and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
