Paid Ads Marketing Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Paid Ads Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid media.

This is a full-time, office-based position requiring work during the night shift to support international markets.

  • Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook (Meta Ads), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms
  • Develop data-driven advertising strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and control CPA

Campaign Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
  • Implement and manage tracking tools including pixels, tags, and conversion APIs

Audience Targeting & Funnel Management

  • Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
  • Align paid traffic with landing pages and conversion objectives
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness

Platform & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with changes in Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Ensure compliance with ad policies and best practices
  • Research competitors and identify new paid media opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
  • Deep understanding of analytics, tracking, and performance optimization

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively
  • Comfortable working in a full-time, office-based night shift environment
