Relaks Media House is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta Ads) who can manage, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns. If you enjoy data-driven marketing, creative testing, and seeing measurable results from your work, this role is for you.

You will work on exciting campaigns across multiple industries, helping brands grow through strategic advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and lead generation
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
• Create and improve ad copy and creative performance insights
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends in paid advertising

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Knowledge of conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4 preferred)
• Creative thinking for ad copy and audience targeting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Agency experience is a plus but not required
