Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and analytics, and can consistently deliver high-performing campaigns that generate leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, and ROI
  • Create and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve engagement and performance
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools to measure campaign success
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize lead generation and return on investment
  • Stay updated with latest digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking tools
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with lead generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of retargeting strategies and funnel optimization
  • Experience in eCommerce or service-based marketing
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization tools
