About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and ROI. This is a key performance-driven role requiring strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using data-driven insights to achieve desired KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.
  • A/B test creative, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Prior experience working with international clients (UK/US/Canada) will be an advantage.
