Paid Media Specialist

About the Role
Pivot Door Company is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of our in-house advertising strategy. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, Bing and other platforms. This role is focused on strategy, analytics, and optimization, making sure our ad dollars are spent efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad campaign platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Work with our Marketing Team to develop ad copy and visuals (to include static and video ads)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing paid digital ad campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of ad platform structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • An analytical mindset with proven performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to repurpose content into ad-ready assets (short clips, reels, product highlights) is a plus.
  • Proficient in using tools, web analytics platforms for data analysis and reporting. (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO tools and techniques.
