Sircle Media is looking for someone very well versed in both the Instagram/Facebook and TikTok Ads Management platforms to join our rapidly growing team. This role will report to our Director of Social Strategy and oversee paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, driving general awareness and retail velocity support for some of the best CPG and Beverage Brands out there.

Some of the key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep understanding of ways to support building brand awareness, generating engagement, driving traffic to targeted retail stores, and supporting shopper marketing strategies through social
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to decipher and determine the most strategic budget/tactic recommendations
• Excel in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads Managers
• Manage Media Planning and Buying in developing and optimizing campaigns in-line with client KPIs (I.E brand/retail awareness, engagement, traffic, trial)
• Ensure proper campaign/ad set/ad level set-up
• Understand how to adjust budgets as needed in different scenarios regarding seasonality, audience targeting stimulations, etc.
• Create strategic audiences while avoiding redundant audiences by utilizing the inclusion and exclusion features
• Lead A/B testing to find patterns and best audiences, ads, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance and make optimizations based on KPIs
• Task content creators to create more static, video, or carousels based on learnings
• Conduct competitive research and macro-level research to stay informed on fluctuations and changes in the industry and environment that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns
• Prepare and present thorough reports on campaign data for clients
• Proactively bring new ideas and innovative solutions to client relationships, attending weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Proactively keep ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices and new opportunities with the team.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in paid social media
• Understanding of social media strategies and trends
• Strong client-facing persona
• Must be comfortable moving at a fast pace
• Highly self-motivated, team player, reliable
• Analytical skills, with close attention to detail
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads platforms and tactics
• Bonus if you have experience in DTC/Ecomm Media Planning & Buying
• Able to manage 10 clients and has executed ad campaigns ranging from ~$2K-$100K+
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
